Lock-in You Can See.
A perfect transition to sliding, freeride, and downhill, the Maven 35
, top-mounted and dropped low into a 0.925” angled tub concave, is more than a creatively sleek, slim, sexy silhouette.
Constructed of visibly hard angles with ultimate lock-in in mind, the Maven 35
is also one of our most comfortable symmetrical freeride platforms ever; looks are deceiving. Incredibly light, short, sweet and to the point, the Maven has everything you need (down to the nose and tail flairs) and nothing you don’t. If you need a professional grade, race tested, drop-deck solution that is as ideal for pushing and commuting as it is for sliding, bombing and downhill, take a look at the Maven 35
.
Wooden Wizardry
Packing both a 1 inch drop and a massive (for a drop-deck) 26 inch stance platform into a 35 inch blended composite board required more than a little bit of wood wizardry.
The Maven 35
EFP stance width is massive, primarily because it does not exclude the nearly 1’’inch of dropping platform from its concave. By incorporating a unique drop+concave strategy to get your feet working ON the drops and IN the concave, not against it, the Maven opens up more leverage, more control and more space for your feet.
To further inflame the stoke, this Maven-ous creature is built from the base up, 100% in the U.S., using pure north american ingredients; 5 ply canadian maple with quad axial fiberglass top and bottom. That quad-ax / rock hard maple combination keeps the Maven 35 thin enough to shave another 1/8th of an inch off your platform ride height (when compared to 9 ply Maple constructions). Since a low ride means stability, and a boost in the ease of slide initiation, the Maven 35
is the perfect board to push your riding up into fast freeride and downhill.

Maven 35 Concave Specifics
The Maven 35
’s concave runs continuously along the full platofrm, unlike traditional dropped decks that stop the concave as it contacts the drop. This Maven 35
concave bends both ways (and over backwards) to keep you locked in now matter what. So easy to sink into, but so incredibly hard to forget, the Maven is one of an elite few to ever create two such defined pockets (front and back).
While the Maven 35
is the furthest thing from a freestyle longboard (pure dropped speed) it also incorporates flairs; tip and tail, to allow for a curb drop here or a nollie shuvit there. That said, with all the stability in the world, and no reason to hold back your high speed riding, we hope the Maven 35
will be doing more toe-sides than shuvits and more switch toe-sides than tre-flips. Get out there, ride one, and let us know what you think.
